NURSERY (birth through age two)

   Nursery care is available during the 9:30 a.m. service in Room 11
   In the nursery, our youngest members are loved and nurtured while their parents attend church services or Sunday school. Babies experience God’s love in a safe and welcoming environment through play with each other and our wonderful volunteers. Many FUMC friendships have begun in our nursery!

PRE-SCHOOL (ages 2 through 5)

  Preschool classes meet during the 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. services in Room 6. 
Our preschool room is a noisy, busy and fun place to be! One peek in this colorful room and you’ll be reminded that learning about God can be FUN! Each Sunday our young members have an opportunity to develop friendships while being introduced to Jesus and stories from the Bible. Four energetic teachers rotate weekly for this class.

SUNDAY DISCOVERY (Kindergarten through Fifth Grade)

  Begins at 9:30 a.m. in Room 19
There’s a lot of learning and a lot of fun going on in Sunday Discvoery! Our Sunday school for elementary age kids is based on the rotation model: after gathering briefly as a large group for discussion, songs and prayer, the group is divided into two smaller groups (K-2nd and 3rd-5th) who rotate each week between Creation Station (art), Holywood (drama), Bug Bytes (computers) and Oasis Arcade (games). The monthly topic is emphasized through the four stations.

YOUTH MISSION PROJECTS
 Sunday Discovery, Middle and High School students and VBS kids participate each year in a mission project. Past projects include filling an ark for Heifer International and providing materials for a local Habitat for Humanity home. Students bring an offering each Sunday to donate to the project as well as work all year to create supplies or artwork for people and communities in need. Mission projects help children set a goal and work together to help others in need, and carry out Jesus’ charge to love each other.
