Christmas Eve 2020

Christmas Eve 2020

Strings and Brass Musical Presentation

Journey to the Manger Pilgrimage

Live Drive-in Worship and Streaming Online

Music at 6:30 pm and service at 7 pm. We will fill the night with music by brass and string ensembles projected and broadcast by FM transmitter to your cars. Then we will fill the night with the lights of Hope, Love, Joy, Peace & Christ together and yet safely distanced in our cars. A “flameless” LED candle will be provided for each person to pass the light of Christ as we sing Silent Night. This service will take place in our church parking lot, 1245 W. Maple Ave., Adrian.

The ABC’s of Christmas

A Family Christmas Eve Service

United Methodist families from across the state of Michigan – including two families from Adrian First UMC – share the familiar Christmas story told through the alphabet. This short service was made by and for children but it will delight children of God at any age.

We Believe, Even Now

A traditional service recorded in our sanctuary

This service of lessons and carols is the culmination of our advent series, “I Believe Even When…Fill the Night with…Music and Light.” Watch closely for a surprise as the Christ candle is lit during the threshold moment. Have your own candles ready as we pass the light of Christ and sing Silent Night.

In-person worship will resume on October 24. Please join us in-person or online Sunday at 9:30 am.
